MEET THE TEAM

Brittany loves all things weddings and all things love. She started photographing weddings in 2014, and that is when her love for weddings started to grow, and she started Golden Hour Events in 2019. She has two dogs, two cats, and a bunny named Bruno. She is a host-mom to two exchange students from Spain and Italy. In her free time she likes to explore and travel to new places with her family. She also has her degree in Human Resources and works as an HR Generalist full time. She loves to sit down and binge a good book and loves all things true crime, especially podcasts. She loves to plan and coordinate weddings because she enjoys helping couples be able to sit back and enjoy their day that they have often been dreaming about their whole life! Fun fact- she has cried at almost every wedding she has been to.

Bayleigh loves all things weddings and schedules. She fell in love with wedding planning and coordinating while she was planning her own wedding in 2021. She joined Golden Hour Events as a co-owner with Brittany in early 2021. She loves watching brides go through the process of wedding planning/coordinating and being right beside them. Helping the brides go from a bunch of worries to zero on the big day is what motivates her! She has her degree in Health information Management and she works in leadership at a specialty surgical clinic at Spectrum Health. She loves all things soccer, medical dramas, wine, and vacationing to new places, although her go to place is Traverse City.

DeAnna is dedicated to making your day the best it can possibly be! When shes not wedding coordinating she works as a Business Representative at a Dealership and also works as a Graphic Designer for Signature Business Branding! She uses her designing experience to help with set up and make everything looks great! She loves to make sure the Bride and groom are satisfied with their whole day from start to finish! When she has free time, she enjoys playing with her pet cat Sprouts and planning travel to different states and countries! She is also currently a student at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor going to school for a Bachelors in History with a minor in art and design! DeAnna loves social work and eventually wants to be a therapist! Her love of people comes through in her love of wedding coordinating and talking with people! She loves to make sure you and everyone at your event has a great experience! Fun fact- She speaks German at an intermediate level and have gone to Berlin, Germany!

Tyffany has worked in the event industry for over 10 years. She has a passion for all types of events including weddings, trade shows, conferences, private parties, concerts, festivals, and many more. She thrives on keeping everything on track and focuses on the details, big or small. She loves any type of themed event! She has been married for over 10 years and a mother to 2 handsome boys, both busy bodies in sports! In her free time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, gardening, and crafting. She is known to be a perfectionist, and she is ready to make your wedding day the most magical one possible!

Lexus loves anything to do with the word wedding. The planning, the decor, the colors, the stress, the shopping, the coordinating, etc. she fell in love with wedding planning while planning her wedding in less than 7 months in 2021. She has two large dogs and an amazing husband. She works full time at a bank as a mortgage processor and also hosts her first exchange student from Germany this year. Her favorite things to do is help friends plan their weddings, shopping, traveling, hiking, and binging Netflix. My favorite thing about coordinating weddings is seeing it all come together the day of and seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces. It is the dream job for her to help people with their weddings!

Lexi has a love for weddings, organizing, and getting to work with couples and work towards forming a connection with them. During her free time she loves to be outside. She loves to camp, hike, explore, and traveling to new places. She has two cats who are basically like her children. The summer is her favorite season. When she’s not working she loves to sit down with a good book and do some binge reading. She loves to interact with and connect with people inside and outside of work. Her goal during your wedding is to make your day as stress free as possible and bring your dreams to life.

Jordan fell in love with the wedding industry while planning her own wedding in 2021. She loved the process so much she decided to make a career out of it! Jordan is passionate about helping people and making their dreams come true. Let her attention to detail, organization, and time management skills make your vision come to life. In her free time Jordan enjoys crafting, gardening, and staying up to date on the latest wedding trends. Jordan takes pride in making your big day enjoyable and easy!

For work, Lauren is a Human Resources Professional as well as a Varsity Pom Coach for her former High School. She has 2 kids and a puppy named Chip (FIRE UP!) and has nicknamed herself the “Chaos Coordinator”. When not working, Lauren seeks out new books and fun DIY projects around the house. She enjoys staying busy and using her organizational skills in all aspects of her life. As a natural project planner, Lauren has the great ability to find a starting place for difficult tasks and creative solutions for all your wedding wishes! Not afraid of hard work, Lauren likes to go above and beyond to exceed your expectations and anticipate the needs of her Bride & Groom. What she loves about coordinating weddings is being a part of one of the most important days in your life and does not take that responsibility lightly. She is here to make your wedding an effortless day of bliss with your friends, family and new spouse!

It rained during my outdoor ceremony, but they made the needed adjustments & the day ran smoothly. They were amazing in making the reception venue into the needed ceremony space with very little notice.
