Hi, I’m Brittany — wedding coordinator, lover of love, and professional multi-tasker! By day, I work full-time in HR, but my heart beats a little faster when it comes to weddings. I believe in the magic of a perfectly planned day and the beauty of a love story well celebrated. Outside of coordinating dream weddings, I’m a photographer, soccer coach, world traveler, and proud dog mom to three pups who keep life fun and full of energy. I also open my home to international exchange students, which brings a whole new level of joy and culture into my life.Weddings are more than a job to me — they’re a passion. I bring organization, heart, and calm to every celebration, so you can be fully present for the moments that matter

Bayleigh

Bayleigh loves all things weddings and schedules. She fell in love with wedding planning and coordinating while she was planning her own wedding in 2021. She joined Golden Hour Events as a co-owner with Brittany in early 2021. She loves watching brides go through the process of wedding planning/coordinating and being right beside them. Helping the brides go from a bunch of worries to zero on the big day is what motivates her! Bayleigh just welcomed her first child with her husband in August of 2024. She has her degree in Health information Management and she works in leadership at a specialty surgical clinic at Corewell Health. She loves all things soccer, medical dramas, wine, and vacationing to new places, although her go to place is Traverse City.

Jordan

Jordan discovered her love for the wedding industry while planning her own wedding in 2021 — and she hasn’t looked back since! What began as a personal passion quickly turned into a fulfilling career built on creativity, organization, and a genuine desire to help others.

With a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and a heart for making dreams come true, Jordan is dedicated to bringing your vision to life and ensuring your big day is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

When she’s not coordinating weddings, you’ll find her crafting, gardening, or keeping up with the latest wedding trends. Jordan takes pride in making every event she’s part of feel personal, magical, and unforgettable.

Lauren

By day, Lauren is a substitute teacher and Varsity Pom Coach—but in the wedding world, she proudly goes by “Chaos Coordinator” (and lives up to it in the best way).

Based on the east side of Michigan, she brings strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to turn overwhelming plans into a seamless vision. As a mom of three (plus a puppy named Chip — FIRE UP!), she knows how to keep things calm, structured, and running smoothly.

Lauren anticipates needs before they arise, finds creative solutions, and goes above and beyond for every couple. Her goal is simple: to make your wedding day feel effortless, joyful, and completely stress-free so you can soak in every moment 🤍

Brooke

Brooke is from the Fenton area and has spent nearly a decade building her career in the event industry. Her experience spans a wide variety of events, from intimate weddings to large-scale productions like the PGA Tour. She has a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and loves every detail that goes into planning special occasions. Known for her creativity and dedication, Brooke brings enthusiasm to every project she takes on. When she isn’t working or planning something new, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Sydney

Sydney discovered her love for weddings while planning her own February 2026 wedding. Experiencing the impact of a great coordinator inspired her to create that same seamless, stress-free experience for other couples.

Based in southwest Michigan, she brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to every wedding. By day, she’s a vascular ultrasound tech, where staying organized under pressure comes naturally—skills she carries into every event.

Alongside coordinating, she and her husband run a luxury restroom trailer business for weddings and events. When she has free time, you’ll find her grabbing coffee, going for walks with friends, or enjoying life in her Michigan beach town.

Lindsey

Lindsey is a mom of three who brings a calm, steady presence to every wedding day. Known for being a true “calm in the storm,” she loves creating a peaceful, supportive environment so couples can fully enjoy their day. When she’s not coordinating, you’ll find her reading, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, or exploring new places with her family.

Slightly more personality-forward:

As a mom of three, Lindsey thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for being a calm, grounding presence no matter what the day brings. She’s passionate about bringing peace and ease to her couples so they can soak in every moment. Outside of weddings, she loves getting lost in a good book, watching her kids play sports, and exploring new places.
