They helped set us up for the ceremony, tore down our ceremony decor, made sure the reception went smoothly, handled anything that came up during the day, and packed up our reception decor. I had a unique vision for everything &while I like to think I'm a pretty organized person, I knew I couldn't oversee everything the day of &be (relatively) stress-free the day of. It rained during my outdoor ceremony, but they made the needed adjustments & the day ran smoothly. They were amazing in making the reception venue into the needed ceremony space with very little notice. This was one of the first weddings I went to with a coordinator and I was amazed at how much she helped with. She even helped me get family members together and chase people down during family portraits which is so helpful as a photographer. I didn’t plan to have a day of coordinator until my wedding was a month out & I started to get worried about the day of. I saw a FB group post & decided to look into what a day of coordinator was. The day of they came to my venue, set up all the little details, greeted all vendors & assisted with set up. They guided the guests when they arrived, passed out champagne & helped transition the ceremony to the reception area, I was amazed at how much they truly did on our wedding day & I definitely rec. them!

G.H.E. was absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning, Brittany was great at communicating & checking in & making sure we had everything we need & introducing themselves to our vendors in case they needed anything else. Lexi was there the day of & she was absolutely FANTASTIC. Not only was she there early, but she did so much more than expected & was so calm the whole time, even when it started raining & our ceremony was supposed to be outside. She was legitimately the calm during the storm!
